Audio Systems: No volume, zoominternet net, preset buttons

I have a 1993 Ford Explorer.  The stereo comes on and will display radio stations and preset buttons even work changing channels.  The problem is there is no sound.  The sound would come on and off for awhile and now there is no sound at all.  I was wondering if there could be a loose wire somewhere?

Please give me the complete model number off the sticker on the radio. You will have to pull the stereo out of the dash to see the model number.
