Audio Systems: Chrysler/infinity 1996 Stereo/CD Prob, chrysler town and country, chrysler town and country van

I have a 1996 Chrysler Town and Country van, with one of the first Chrysler /Infinity soundsystems installed. I have taken the radio unit apart several times to clean the laser etc. The problem I have now is that the unit is having problems ejecting CD's... They only come part way out and have to be helped by pulling. I'm afraid that I'm going to damage the CDs. Is there anything I can do or look for to beef up the eject mechinisim. I know the alighment is good so that is not the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Jim,
Try cleaning the rubber rollers with rubbing alcohol. You may also want to clean and lub the loading gears and the other parts in the load assembly.
