Audio Systems: car stereos, car stereos, model number

Question
i have just bought a pioneer deck its model number is deh-p3600 and the place that i bought it from installed it and it works fine but i just bought a sub and amp and i know some one who can install it for free and the problem is the place that installed the deck at never gave me some sort of key that i need to remove the deck is there any other toodl or something i can use to remove it so i can hook up my subs and amp

The people who you purchased your new stereo from should have given you the unlock tools that come with each new stereo (din type) If they will not give you the tools you may want to call Pioneer and ask them to send you the tools.
