Audio Systems: 1990 Honda Accord, honda accord, honda dealer

I just bought a 1990 Honda Accord but the radio does not work.  I never touched it, it was that way when I bought it.  The man I bought it from said the i was just not hooked up yet.  My question is how do you get it out of the dashboard. So I can see if it is hooked up or not. Thanks for your time

I don't have a repair book for this model vehicle so I cannot tell you exactly how to remove the stereo. On most stereos to remove it you will have to remove the trim around the stereo to gain access to the screws that hold the stereo into the dash. You may want to ask your local Honda dealer how to remove the stereo from the dash.
