Audio Systems: I have a CD stuck in the factory..., nissan altima, radio joe

I have a CD stuck in the factory radio of my 2001 Nissan Altima. The cd plays, but I can't change tracks and stop it without turning the radio off. Since the CD is stuck the AM/FM radio won't work either. Is there anything I can do besides installing a new AM/FM CD radio?

The best way to find out why the CD is stuck is to open the unit and take a close up look. I have seen in a few CD units that the home made CD's with a glued on label will sometimes stick on the CD spindle.
