Audio Systems: Dual Voice Coil Sub, dual voice coil, ohm load

Question
I just purchased 2 10" dual v/c subs. What is the purpose of having dual v/c? When i wire them up do you have to use both sets of terminals? I have a two channel amp and will be using it just to power the subs. Power Acoustic FUBR-10's. The amp is a Boss Ripper. The drivers are 600w rms 1800 peak 2 ohm load. The amp is 1000w peak 2 ohm. How do i wire these up so the amp sees a 2 ohm load each driver to a channel? Is this amp powerfull enough to push these drivers?
Thanks in advance, all help you can give me will be apreciated.

Answer
Pete,

DVC speakers usually have a lot harder hitting bass plus they handle more power, it is to complicated to explain how to wire them in so i have a picture that can guide you through the wiring

this will show you how to wire , the picture shows both subs being wired to one channel on the amp but that is just the led off and you should plug one sub to each channel.. hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know

thanks
