Audio Systems: radio doesnt work!?!?!, jeep wrangler, antenna booster

I just moved to California and about a year ago, i got a new cd player put into my jeep wrangler. When i lived in Nebraska I got most of the radio channels but some were all or mostly static here i don't get any! What is it?

 shouldnt have been any difference caused by the move, something you might try before you can the unit and chalk it up to a tuner problem , is invest in an antenna booster usually around 20 bucks from radio shack and this can help boost your reception , if it doenst work then you should look into swaping the unit out.. hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know
