I just bought a new car radio and I can not figure out how to get the factory system out.

The stereo can be removed by using a special tool set or two long drill bits that fit into the small holes on the front panel of the stereo. With the tools in the holes you will need to push the tools slightly to the outside edges to pry on the clips that hold the stereo in the dash. Once you release the clips you can simply pull the stereo out of the dash.
