Audio Systems: no power, inline fuse, jvc kd

my battery was replaced and my jvc kd-670 has no power i tried to reset but no luck i checked all fuses and they are good any suggestions ty mike

 read your owners manual to make sure the unit didnt have a theft protection that renders it inactive when power is cut off * like during a rip out from a theif or when you exchange the battery * .. also pull the unit out if the book offers no clues and run a bridge wire *through an inline fuse for protections* and hard wire it into the 12V power constant and the 12 Volt ignition to see if the unit turns on .. if nothing give JVC a ring or email .. get their input before you chuck the unit, if they cant offer you anything else what might have happend is a surge that toasted the internals of the unit .. fairly common when batterys are boosted or swapped out .. hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know
