Audio Systems: 1987 Nissaan 300ZX, old radio, 300zx

I am trying to install a Pioneer P4600MP stereo into a 1987 300zx and the wiring from the old radio has more wires and the colors don't match.  Can you help with what colors match up?

 ok what should be there is a factory plug running directly from your dash , you might have cut it off or someone that previously owned the car .. but its a big mistake its much easier to keep it on .. and stop by radio shack and spend 10 bucks for an adapter harness .. but no need to fear check out .. www.streetdreams.com/wires/ this will have the diagram and color code for the wires so you can get everything wired back up .. hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know
