Question
Tom - No sound, display, no power at all.  Electrical specialist thought he had the problem solved with putting a new processor in the rear of the car, but no luck.  Thanks

Question -
Radio on 2001 Taurus wagon stopped working, first time dealer replaced wiring harness, lasted 1 year, and now doesn't work again.  Electrical shop tried new processor today, things all read fine, but radio still does not work.  Radio head is fine, things testing fine, but radio does not work.  Dealer has tried sveral diff. radios, none work.  Any help would be great!
Answer -
Vin,
When you say the radio doesn't work do you mean no power, no sound or other. Please give me more details. If the radios do not power up at all, I would say some kind of 12 volt power problem exist. Let me know and I will try to solve this problem for you.

Answer
Vin,
It sounds like the people at the dealership didn't know what they were doing. If possible please give me the complete model number off the radio and off the amp if one is installed in the vehicle. If this radio has a remote brain or processor pack give me the number off this unit also. Also please explain what processor that the repair specialist replaced in your vehicle.
