Audio Systems: radio button lights, delco radio repair, chevy venture van

Tom, I tried to send a follow up message yesterday and don't think it made it. I was expecting the same type of answer that I got at the store. I am very impressed that you might be able to find me an answer. Thank you very much.
While your looking can you help me with another panel light that I need. It is for the same car and is on the panel just below the radio. It is the one that works the heating/air conditioning. The bulbs are a little bit of a different size than the ones on the radio. Please see if you can find a # for them too.

Hi Tom, I read you response to this question. Delco model #16213861 1997 Chevy Venture Van. I have taken the panel lights off the circuit board and went to Radio Shack to get replacements and they provided very little help. In looking through what bulbs they had, we could not find anything around this size. They said without knowing part #, amp, volt or somethings like that, they would not be able to help. I called a Delco radio repair shop and they would not help either. They want to repair it for me. Of coarse quoted over $100.00. Crazy for just acouple panel lights. Any help on finding a part # or what kind a store can help me.

No problem on the part numbers for the lamps, however my delco books are at my shop and I will send you the part numbers and info about good subs to use for the front panel sometime Thursday evening.

I haven't forgot about you I haven't been in my shop much lately, with the boating season starting up here I have been receiving many service calls on a daily basis. As for the lamps I found a good sub number that is the same size lamp as the DELCO lamp except it only will cost you about 60 cents each and not $4 each! I will look at my manual for your vehicle and come up with a good sub for the ac/heater lamps for you also and then I will get back to you with details on where to purchase the lamps.
