Audio Systems: Subwoofer opinion, kicker comp vr 12, channel amp

Question
My question is rather more of your personal opinion instead of the normal help. I have a 4 channel amp and I am planning on getting 2 10s and 2 12s. I am getting 2 Kicker Comp VR 12(KICKER CVR122) with two other 10s, but I am not sure what would be best. The 2 10s I have narrowed down are the Kicker Comp VR 10S (KICKER 03CVR102) and 2 MTX 10s (MTX Thunder6000 T61044A). So the question is...what would be better with the Kicker Comp VR 12s?

Answer
Adam,

hey no problem always glad to help or give an opinion .. well first i will make a good suggestion.. since you have a 4 channel amp check the specs for 2 channel bridge mode then look into a pair of 12's or even 15's  and consider that option you can push alot of sound and use alot more of the amps potential when you use a bridge mode along with the right sub.. now back to the 10 question .. the MTX and the Kicks are about the same level of performance and quality if it was my setup and just to keep with theme i would use the kicker 10s to match the 12's that would be enough to weigh out any small difference between the MTX and Kicks.. but its still your call but if a nice clean look is what you want stick with all kicks  all around or try the bridged mode i talked about earlier .. and make sure you have a good digital capacitor to keep up on the volts your amp draws .. hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know

thanks
