Audio Systems: ARX8570z, 1994 infiniti q45, infiniti q45

Hi I have a question, but I dont really know what i'm talking about.  My boyfriend has the ARX8570z tape player in his car and he also has a CD changer, but the CD changer is not connected.  He said he needs some kind of adaptor or something, do you happen to know what it is that he needs?  I wanted to get it for his birthday but I dont know what i'm looking for, and if you do, do you know how much it is?  By the way I dont know if you need to know this, but he has a 1994 infiniti Q45.   its really hard to name specific model/part numbers but i can tell you that it will be under 20 bucks in most cases .. i would try my local radio shack and be sure to include the part number of the tape unit *so they can check if its Changer compatable* and the model of the changer .. and they should be able to get you a harness to match up .. but most changers have a harness and instructions and dont normally need an extra harness unless you have a compatable head unit .. but the best option is check with radio shack if they say no harness is needed then you can go from there which i'm confident they will say because most changers have an extrernal controller that mounts on the dash and controls the changer  .. but i hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know
