Audio Systems: Stereo System, car freak, jeep cherokee

I have recently blown out some of the speakers in my 1996 Jeep Cherokee and am now looking to replace them and maybe upgrade my system as a whole.  However I am not a big car freak and don't know much about what to look for when shopping for this stuff.  Is there a web site or something where I can read up about this?  I am thinking of also getting installed a multi CD changer.  Basically I am looking to know about car amplifiers, speakers, and subs.  I'm the kind of person also who likes to blast my music as I am driving along.  So I'm looking for quality, loud, and at a relatively resonable price seeing as I am not the richest person.  Any information you can give me would be great.  Thanks.

 the best site and the site where i buy all of my electronics from is etronics.com .. now if you can install the stuff yourself * which isnt that hard* you can save alot of doe !! ... now if i was you and didnt want to blow over say 400 bucks on an upgrade i would put in a new head unit , and replace the speakers with atleast 2 ways up front and 3 ways in the rear .. now you dont have to blow 400 you can prolly do it for under 300 if you are careful with what you buy but keep in mind .. you wont have a sub'd system for under 400 with an aftermarket head unit .. now if you are looking to spend over 400 and want the whole deal i would go with a dual 10 inch sub sealed enclosure in the rear powered by atleast an 800 watt amp .. (pay attention to your subs RMS rating)... now if you write me back and give me some specifics to go on such as how much you want to spend .. and what kind of sound to expect i will be glad to give you some further ideas to go on because with a limit on money i can find the best i can for all you want .. so i hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know ..
