Audio Systems: car radio problem, dodge intreped, radio problem

I have a 96 dodge intreped and replaced the factory radio with a legacy radio. I installed it, the anit-theft light is flashing when i take off the face plate, but when i put the plate back on the radio does not work. Could this be a wiring problem or its just the radio?

Hello Tammy,
Double check the power wires. You should have 1 hot at all times and 1 switched by the ignition. Also if this radio uses a anti theft circuit you may need to enter a security code in order for the radio to function.
