Audio Systems: Left Channel on FM does not work, hyundai accent, solder connection

I just bought a used car (Hyundai Accent '02) and the factory stereo's left channel does not work when tuned to the FM band.  It however does work on the AM band.  

Any ideas?

The problem may be in the FM stereo decoder section. The sound problem may be due to something as simple a defective solder connection. The speakers will all work on AM because AM is mono only and the output of the AM program/music from the AM section will be tied to all speakers.
