Audio Systems: new system in an old truck, watts rms, 4 ohms

Question
I am rebuilding a '65 gmc truck and need some help with some component selection and also some mounting questions. The components I have are as follows:

               Profile 6.5 inch 2-way (pair)
               Max input - 120 watts
Nom input - 5-40 watts RMS
               Impedence - 4 ohms
               Magnet wt. 12oz

               Radio Shack - 5 1/4 (pair)
               Max - 40 watt
               Nom - 20 watt
               Imp - 8 ohms
               Mag wt. 10oz

               Jensen 6x9 (pair with boxes)
               60 watt continuous
               140 watt peak

I'm not looking for a competition grade system, just a good sounding system that you can hear at 60mph with the windows down. Are all of these pretty good components? Should I throw any of them away? I plan on putting the 6x9s under the seat but I'm still not sure where to put the others. Do they need to be in an enclosed space like the door panel or can I just mount
them under the dash? Do I need and amp? an equalizer? What do you reccomend for a tuner/CD player?
thanks
joe
P.S. Any of these questions answered will be appreciated.

all of those speakers are lower grade components. Personally I would invest a little more money and get better quality speakers and head unit. This way you wont be wasting your money on disposible components.
What ever speaker you choose, you can mount without a sealed encloseure for it. If you get good speakers and head unit, you shouldnt need an amp or eq.
For a head unit, I'd look at: Pioneer, Sony, Clarion, Kenwood
