Audio Systems: Bose system to Pioneer deh4400, stereo head unit, oldsmobile intrigue

Which wires from the amplifier go to the cd player's wiring harness? I can't figure it out. I have it sounding pretty good but it's not like the stock Bose stereo head unit. It's a Bose system in a '98 Oldsmobile Intrigue GLS. Please help me out.

Hello Chris,
please give me a little more details on what it is that you are trying to do. Are you attempting to connect your deh4400 to the stock Bose amps that are built into the speakers or does this car have a all in one Bose Amp? I'm not at my shop right now and I cannot tell you for sure what you have in this car without looking it up on my shop computer.
