QUESTION: Hi Greg its a 2003 the fog lamps are in the same panel as the reg plate and its lamps. There is a.removable  panel inside the tailgate which I assume used to hold a warning triangle but I have looked and don't see any screws or clips. Thanks for your speedy response. Regards Steve.

Answer
hello
sorry I was away for the weekend.  The rear panel has to be removed, panel is in 2 pieces - upper and lower. You can only release lower one and change the bulb. most of the time lower panel will stay atached to the upper. There is only 1 screw where the grab handle is and then about 6-8 clips that holds the panel to the rear door. You can use door panel tool or longer screw driver to pop them out.
If you have rear shade in the panel- you have to remove it also. shade is pushed in . there is no any screw for it. It's not easy to get it out. once the shade is out , you will see 2 screws under. they also have to come out before removing lower panel
good luck
