QUESTION: I have an audia4 2004, the cover or shade on the shifter (automatic) needs to be replaced.  Would you now the procedure and the part number.

ANSWER: I do not understand your question, what cover or shade?  The transmission control know is usually simply unscrewed, but I do not know what a transmission shifter shade is...  Let me know,  Jan

QUESTION: The black cover that rolls when you shift from park to drive is broken.  I do not see any screws that hold the silver cover.

While I have never actually taken that apart, I think you will have to remove that part of the center console.  Normally there is a screw that you can get to by removing a cover plug from the handbrake area.  The front is normally secured behind the ashtray.  The whole assembly should lift up, and then you can establish if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced.  Let me know,  Jan
