I HAVE A DASHBOARD CLUSTER ON AN AUDI A3 2000 MODEL THE
DIAL LIGHT UP BUT NONE OF THE NEEDLES RPM,PETROL,TEMP OR MPH.

Sounds like one of the bulbs has blown in your instrument cluster.  I cannot remember if each gauge has it's own light for the needles; if so I doubt all of them have blown, but sometimes they use optical fibers and these end up at one bulb.  Will need to take the custer out to fix this.  Let me know what you find,  Jan
