Audi Repair: ?relay problem?, work climate, audi s4

i have a 2000 audi s4 and my headlights, horn, climate control does not blow, and turn signals dont work. climate control turns on but does not blow any air. fuses are all good. im assuming it is a relay making all these stop working so immediatly but do not know the specific location of this relay and cant find a diagram online. also what is the procedure to reset the oil service light on this car. thank you for taking the time to look at my question.
