QUESTION: i did they r fine....i have another question. my mechinic F***ed my car up today. he said he didnt do it but when i got in it i found out the steering wheel is not pointing straight. he said he didnt do anything. so now when my steering wheel points to the left, my car goes straight. what happened?

Answer
The tracking has moved.  This is either an adjustment, carried out on the steering rack tie rods, or somebody drove your car against a curb while turning the steering wheel.  I would get the alignment checked.  With reference to the idling problem, the idle control valve itself would be the thing to clean out and check.  Let me know,  Jan
