Audi Repair: 98 Audi A6, steering wheel, wipers

My headlights, turn signals, windsheild wipers all stopped working at the same time.  I know its a relay but theres nowhere in the manual that tells me where the relays are.  Please help me, the nearest dealership is very far from here.

The relays are under the panel below the steering wheel.  The fuses are on the side of the dashboard, but this is a large part of your electrical stuff which has decided to stop functioning.  I will have a look at the wiring diagram to see if there is a common point that connects all of those.  I think it may be your ignition switch.
