Audi Repair: audi shocks, audi allroad, adaptation

Question
the audi allroad shocks are not leaking air but there must be a setting that automatically lowers the front, because whenever the passanger door is opened the front left shock is lowered right down.  How do i change this???  It is a 2002 imported model from Japan.

wow, I did not know they can do this. It has to be coding or adaptation, Please, find out what is coding # for level control module, or write me your VIN # , If you can , THANK YOU.
I will look for normal/regular coding of this module and I will let you know.
