Audi Repair: Audi A6 2004 3.0, audi a6, control chip

I recently purchased an Audi A6.  It lunges a lot until I get up to 60 or use the S gear.  The dealership says there is nothing wrong with it running diagnostics, but I wonder if it is the transmission, melted injector seals or the transmission control chip?  Do you have any suggestions before my factory warranty runs out?  It is at 48K miles.

For me looks like transmission problem itself.
They do not want to deal trans because , whole proces of diag. takes so long and has to be aproved by audi corp.
So , I will go back as many time as you can they will have to fix it.
