Hi Greg

i changed the fuel pump relay and everything seems ok now, (not blowing pump fuse) ill see how it goes.

i also checked all the engine sensors they seem ok but im still getting camshaft mechanical fault, i have no idea what sensor this fault resembles, do you know which sensor it is?

or could it mean the cam timing is out a tooth?

Answer
I happy that fuel pump  relay fix the problem,
I'm a way from work and I forgot check that fault. I don't think the timming is out by tooth or more, usully that set the fault for inccorect location or something like that. It means that cam and crank are not the same. You have mechanical malfunction , which may be faulty sensor.
The sensor itself is somewhere on head, 1.8T engine has it on front next to cam gear. Good luck>    GREG
