I have a 2002 f-150 xl,and the airbag light flashes 6 times,then flashes 7 times,then stays on, and the light still comes on.do you have any idea what would be the problem?

The flash code you have described is not an accurate code for an American vehicle.  I do not know if the codes are different for Mexican built vehicles, but I don't think so.  Make sure you have read the flashes correctly and then check with a dealer.  They will have the same information I can get (or even more)
