Auto Electronics: Lexus RX300 Side marker lights, lexus rx300, rear marker

Question
I replaced both side marker light bulbs on my 99 RX300 and neither of them worked.  After cleaning the corrosion out of the socket I got one of them to work, but the other socket was broken.  Tried to bypass the socket and connect the bulb directly to the wires, now neither of them work.  Tried metering the wires and there is only a very small voltage.
Is there a fuse or relay to check?  Any other ideas of what to check?

Answer
Do the rear marker lights work or is it just the fronts that are out?

The front marker lights receive power through the tail fuse (10amp) as well.  That fuse gets power from the Tailight relay.  The tailight relay is commanded by the Body ECU which in turn receives and input from the light control switch combination switch.
The cornering bulbs both have their own ground so I doubt this is the problem.  They receive separate voltages from the junction box.  One GRN/White and one GRN wire.  If both are the same voltages and the fuse is ok you have a problem with the panel.
