Auto Electronics: Toyota Sequoia Electrical Problem, toyota sequoia, fuse panel

Question
I have a 2003 Sequoia and the battery discharge light was coming on. Tested the battery and it was under 12.8 amps when disconnected so replaced. However, before replacing I tried to swap in a used battery and had the teminals reversed (battery wasn't fit for this car). Upon connecting the wires the alarm went off and teh horn sounded. I quickly disconnected everything and proceeded to get a new replacement. Installed the new battery and fired her up but the instrument cluster and light, wiper switch, radio and turn signals do not work now. I've checked every fuse I could find and they all appear to be good. Could there be a blown relay or is there someplace I've missed (been thru the in dash fuse panel and all three under the hood)before I spend $ at the mechanic? Any other connections that might have gotten fried with the polarity reverse?
