Auto Electronics: speakers not working, ford mustang, stock system

I have a 2003 ford mustang i just had my passenger window replaced and now i don't get any sound out of any of my speakers speaker is connected and there are no breaks in the wire (this is a stock system mach mp3)

It is likely that this fault has occurred because the speaker was disconnected when the stereo was on. Usually to fix this, you would need to disconnect the battery and re-connect. This may cause the stereo to ask for the pin code, so make sure you have it available before you start.
