No brake light or blinker on rear passenger 1993 cadillac Seville I checked fuse its good and all bulbs work when lights on also flasher not working that side

Could be as simple as a bad bulb. Brake and turn require both filaments and tail light only requires one.
Remove the bulb. I bet you will find a broken filament. Some of these used printed circuitry with the brake/turn bulbs. Don't remember if you have that issue as well which would mean a circuit board could be defective.
