Car was running when purchased but now there is no power to interior no lights, no radio, no crank with key nothing at all! I checked all fuses and relays under dash on driver side what could be the problem

My first thought would be a blown fusible link. At the starter you will find a number of wires connected to an eyelet. You need to pull on each one of these wires separately and see if one feels rubbery. If so, disconnect the battery. Cut the wire giving yourself room from the eyelet to install a butt connector. Go another 6 inches and cut again. Take the cut wire to a parts store an tell them you need fusible link. They have it on rolls. Once you have gotten the right size in diameter, have them cut you off about 8". Purchase yellow butt connectors and electrical tape and a tube of clear silicone. Make sure you have good set of crimpers.
Connect your new wire. Squeeze silicone into each end of connectors after you have pulled on wires making sure you have good solid connections. Wipe off any excess from wiring. Reconnect battery and see if everything works. If that link blows you have a short somewhere. Sometimes from age, they just blow.
About an hour later after silicone has cured, use electrical tape to go over the wire connections.
That is the very first thing I would check.
If you find that the fusible link are good get back to me, but I believe that this is the culprit.
I would highly suggest if you are keeping this vehicle that you obtain a GM factory service manual for the car. You should find one on Ebay or Craigs for round $100.00. Otherwise, you are working in the blind.

QUESTION: Checked that there is only one main power wire and of course one signal wire. Any other suggestions? I have power from battery to distribution post and from post through each of fusible links that are left. 2 of the fusible links were replaced from that post but all has power. Problem started with fuel pump fuse constantly blowing. But even then the engine would still turn over. But now for some odd reason there is no power to ignition switch or fuse panel. Any other suggestions or wiring diagrams?

Diagrams are not going to assist you out of context. As for the fuel pump fuse constantly blowing, you need to find that short before going on. As I suggested before, you need a 1984 Cadillac factory manual to begin without spending all the wasted time and money on guesses.
An electrical ignition switch/harness not the key/lock cylinder could be your problem, but so could be many other things. I am concerned as to what too out those 2 fusible links.
You are wasting your time without the use of a manual, and as addressed, you can most likely find one on Craigs or Ebay for about $100.
This bunch of problems cannot be fixed over the Internet. You are not dealing with a common problem here. You have an electrical failure and you are going to need to use the diagnostic flow charts in the manual.
I do not know if the fuel pump fuse is by itself, or if there are other items tied into that circuit. The manual will tell you that.
Just as an example, the radio memory, glove, truck, courtesy and cigarette lighters are all tied into one fuse.
Electrical issues can be very challenging. Especially is you have a harness stuffed somewhere in the car that has welded itself together.
There are no short cuts here. The problem will be found, but the manual is required. Don't waste your money on anything other than the factory service manual. Haynes and Chilton will not get it.
