Cadillac Repair: 1981 Eldorado brakes and climate control, Forensic ignition expert witness, auto theft claim investigation protocol expert

Question
Working on a 1981 Eldorado and just replaced the brakes rotors and pads and they worked great let the car sit for a day and now they go to the floor and have to be pumped.  Checked the power booster and it is not making any noise as don't believe it is leaking and when you disconnect it there is the wising sound of pressure.  Trying to figure out what else could be wrong doesn't seem to be leaking any fluid or anything.  Do you have any ideas what else I could check to make them work properly.
Second also am looking at the heater, the antifreeze was low so filled it back up but it is stuck at 90 degrees and will not go down or up for the temperature and there is no noise or fan/blower working.  Checked the fuses and they seem fine so what would cause the temperature to be stuck and the blower to not kick on in any setting.  Cool or heat?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hello,

Unfortunately, your questions require quite extensive answers and will need to be presented separately.
As for the brakes, there again are many answers, but I need to know what brake assist it has, vacuum or hydro boost? Vacuum located behind master and hydro boost not.
