Question
The Car Sat For 2+ Years. It Was Having Issues With Overheating. We Changed The Water Pump And Thermostat Right Away. After Running The Old Gas Out, We Cleaned The Radiator. Upon Returning With New Fuel, The Car Would Not Start. Before Leaving The Alarm Was Set Off By One Key Fob, Shut Off With Another. Is It Possible The Anti-Theft Is Preventing Us From Getting The Car To Start, Or Something Else. Any Possible Ideas On Fixing It, Without Going To A Mechanic?

Answer
Hi,
These aluminum engines can't be overheated. They almost never need a thermostat and the problem is something else. Head gaskets blow not as a reason but after affect. Pistons melt, blocks crack.
Are we sure the engine is not seized up?

The first thing you need to do is lock the door with the door button. Unlock with key in drivers door.
If it doesn't crank take a test light and put to solenoid wire at starter. Have someone put ignition in start position. If test light lights up you need a starter.
Do you even know if it has the optional factory alarm?
The anti theft in this vehicle is the PK III transponder junk.
To reset turn ignition on (not start) for 10 min. Shut off turn on 10 min. Turn off and turn on 10 min more. 30 minute process which resets everything.

That is about the best I can do without being at vehicle.
Good luck!
