I would say most likely, but before jumping into this project I would recommend to do two things.
See if GM carries the same part number for each as an assembly. Commonly the parts may be the same and if there is slightest modification, that may be irrelevant, the part number may change.
Junkyards used a Hollander interchange book and you could call over to a junkyard to see if in fact, you can use the other compressor.
