Can the seat from a 1996 deville, fit in a 1991 brougham? The seat pattern seems the same.

If the seat track bolt holes line up, and the tracks are mounted to the brougham seat, I do not see why not, but I will warn you as to where you may have issues.
On 4 way seats, it was just a matter of hooking in the power and you were good to go. However, you may have completely different wiring and motor configurations.
To save that hassle, you may look at the bolt pattern to the seat and the upper tracks. If the same, bolt the brougham seat to the Deville track and that way you are nt running into what could be an electrical nightmare. In this case you are using the Deville seat track, motors and wiring and you are golden.
