Appears to be after market rims known as Tru Spoke. This is not a Cadillac factory installed wheel. Dealers installed these commonly with Vogue tires for the last 30 years. You might tr to call around to some specialty wheel stores to see if you can get the spokes and find out how hard they are to install. Your request is not common. In fact, it is the first time I ave ever seen spokes broken without severe wheel damage from a collision. With the spokes missing it compromises the ability of the wheel to stay together and I would consider it not safe to be driving with that wheel on the car. If you look at the wheel, the only thing attaching the hub to the outer rim is the spokes. With three missing, more will break until the wheel gives way.
You may think no, this guy does not know what he is talking about because there is a Cadillac crest on the hub. Actually, that too is after market.
In 1998 the common rim was alloy.
I ran Trus on many of my Caddys over the years. After all, they look much better than the alloys and the wire wheel covers of the 80's.
