I have a 1999 Cadillac Sedan D'ville d'elegance How do i remove the center a/c vents so that I can remove the control panel?  thank you

I no longer remember how this plate is mounted any longer and removal of the vents may damage the piece.
If you see no screws, it is common for these pieces to be held with clips. You can try to get your fingers under the place and evenly pull the plastic very gently. You may find the vents come off with the piece.
