Cadillac Repair: Air suspension, new orleans denied auto theft claims, refute of arc forensics conclusions and opinions

Question
Bought a 2000 Cadilac SLS and came out the other day and noticed the rear end was high in the air and the front of the car very low. I don't remember seeing this when I purchased it. Could I have pushed a button on the inside of the car by mistake or is this a major problem. Never owned a cadilac before. Bill

Answer
Hello,

There is a sensor near the rear suspension under the vehicle that controls height. It is possible that sensor has failed. I think the best way to handle this is take the vehicle to a service center (not a dealer) and see if they can diagnose the problem for you. They have the capabilities of scanning the computer system for faults to determine the problem.

Let me know what is found.

Good Luck.
