Cadillac Repair: Brake Lights And Brake Switch, New orleans auto theft SIU investigation/denial expert

Question
My 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood's new battery has been drained several times. After jumping off and driving it the problem would be gone for a while. I finally had the battery drained to nothing one day. I took the battery to be checked and it was ok. Hooked it up and noticed the brake lights were on with exception of the interior  indicator lights in the back seat. My thinking my problem is the brake switch. If you agree, where is it located and how do you change it? I think I see it, but I am unsure it is the switch and how it is removed. Thank you for your help.

Answer
Hello,

The brake light switch is easy to find if yiu know what to look for. I will assist you. The black under dash piece of plastic needs to be removed below the steering column. Once removed go under the dash with a light. You will see a tab on the brake pedal linkage and a plastic switch with a plastic switch that has a button and hits the linkage. Grab it with your fore finger and your middle finger in your hand and pull outward. Installation is easy too. Install your 2 wire connector on the new switch. Insert into hole while holding the brake pedal down. Release brake pedal and switch self adjusts.

Good luck

To my readers and followers: I am slowly getting away from this forensic locksmith Con that insurance companies use to deny auto theft claims and applying my very vast forensic knowledge in other areas in the court system, because many cops are just plain sloppy on their evidence collection. I am feared by the insurance industry, why not throw a little fear into the justice system, as the Justice Doctor?
