Windshield wiper is not working; headlights not working properly;
seat belts even when fasten causing alert beeps, gas guage not registering properly - what will be the cost to fix the computer/electrical system?  Car in question 2002 cADILLAC

I cannot begin to estimate electrical problem costs especially since you don't know what the problem is. It may be the BCM and maybe not and if you are just assuming the computer is bad, it can get very costly, very frustrating
Go to http:www.alldata and download a service manual for the car and use the diagnostic flow charts. You will find it is the best $30 you will spend.
