Cadillac Repair: car wont start, New Orleans Plaintiffs forensic locksmith expert, herbert t millers credibility issues

Question
99caddy deville nothing works tried the mfg alarm malfunction that didn't work either.   Help

Answer
Hello,

Most likely the VATS. The thin wires going to ignition lock commonly break inside the harness in the steering column and resistor in ignition key cannot be read in the computer. You can go to Cadillac and get ripped off for $700, or contact a local alarm store and tell them you need to bypass the VATS junk and it will cost you about $50.

To temporarily get the engine started try tilting the steering wheel into different positions so the wires will go back together and try starting in different tilt positions.
