I don't know if you have the answer to my question. I was wondering if you know how much I have to torque the bolts on a water pump on a 1992 cadillac deville I also had to replace the Water inlet because it had a hole in it.

No I do not know, however you can try submitting the question under quotes on google and see what it gets you. The only other place to find out is a Mitchell manual or a factory service manual, that may be at the library.
I would recommend obtaining the factory service manual from Ebay or Craigs List if you are going to be working on the car.
