I replaced instruments cluster in 97 deville now wont start is bcm to blame and can i fix problem!

You state you changed the cluster. Why? What makes you think the BCM is bad?

You have an oymoron called antitheft in the car. It doesn't prevent theft, but does prevent owner from starting engine.

First, I need to know what I am dealing with. Did you drop the steering column to replace cluster?
