QuestionMy 91 Sedan Deville, 4.9 V8, runs but then it bogs down and dies. Especially trying to drive it. Could this be the timing? I replaced the Throttle Positioning Sensor, 04/03/2010. The following trouble codes were displayed.. E31, E52, E55, F48... Any ideas?

You need to find out what the error codes mean. The car is 20 years old and I no longer have that information. Your discription of your problem could be consistent with a plugged catalytic converter.

OK, that does it. I am no longer going to try to help anyone on engine problems. I cannot be expected to have code information on a 20 year old car.
I know, maybe I should just pay out of my pocket to get the information on his car, spend hours researching his problems and fix his car over the web for free.
