Cadillac Repair: Not overheating but oil is milky, blown head gasket, cracked block

i have a 97 eldorado its doesn't overheat but the oil is milky like my car has been sitting for over 2 years now.then two days ago after i replace the starter and drove it around tha block it then parked it it started shaking a bit i pay it no mind cause it needs a tune up.And i check the oil and seen milk like oil

Your discription sound like you have a major engine problem. Could be a cracked block, blown head gasket or cracked head.

Change the oil. See if it turns milky again. Also look for white smoke coming out exhaust or the sweet smell of anti-freeze/coolant.
