Cadillac Repair: 93 cadi wont start, neutral safety switch, clueless girl

Hi there I'm a clueless girl when it comes to cars but I have a 93 Cadi Deville 4.9. It wont start but the battery is ok as all the lights come on. I got the trouble codes and they went in this order... E52 E91 F.F32 7.0. Does this make any sense? My neighbor believes it to be a problem with my neutral safety switch and says he can fix it but I want to be sure before I let anyone mess with it. If so, do I just need to buy a new neutral safety switch and thats it?

Can you hear and see the engine cranking but it just will not start ?.  Or do you hear NOTHING when you try and start the engine ?.

You have 2 fault codes, One is a communications problem between the computers and the other is a PRNDL switch problem. Try and see if the engine will start in NEUTRAL.
