my Cadillac Seville sts is popping up service engine soon and it shacks wen i turn it on,what problem do i have

The service engine soon is the same as a check engine light. It is merely telling you of a host of different computer problems. You could have a bad sensor, a broken vacuum line, a secondary wiring (plug wire) problem etc.

What you need to do is take it to a service center (don't get ripped off by a dealer) and have them diagnose the problem.

They have a hand held scanner that plugs into a port under the dash. Specific codes will come up on the scanner diagnosing the actual problem(s).

This diagnoses and repair is not for the shade tree mechanic. If not performed properly, it could costs you many extra dollars chasing ghosts.
